About Us

Over 15 years spent in corporate finance, we saw the challenges that small businesses face when keeping their books and preparing tax returns.

Most business owners underestimate the amount of time it takes to keep business books current which takes away their valuable time from running their business or serving their clients. Or they are unsure whether their books are accurate and need assistance with accounting or tax issues.

We are dedicated accounting professionals with knowledge and experience to handle small to mid-size business books so business owners can focus on running their business. As part of our services, we provide accounting, fractional controller, tax preparation and tax planning services.

As Enrolled Agent (EA) we are admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. It is a privilege IRS grants only to Enrolled Agents, CPA's and Tax Attorneys.

By combining our experience and expertise with technology, we are able to offer accounting and tax services to small business owners and individuals at affordable prices.

What is an Enrolled Agent (EA)?

According to the IRS:

Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.
